Brand Assets & Guidelines
The Bluescan brand stands for trust, transparency, and a no-nonsense approach to on-chain data. Use the assets and rules below when referring to Bluescan in articles, integrations, partner pages, conference decks, or any other public materials.
Logo
The logo is shipped as an SVG so it scales without quality loss. Maintain a clear-space margin equal to at least the height of the wordmark on every side. Do not recolor, rotate, stretch, or distort the logo. Do not add drop shadows, outlines, or gradients that change the original silhouette.
Color palette
Primary Blue is reserved for navigation, links, primary action buttons, and the active state of tabs. Ink is the default text color and the dark-mode background. Accent Purple is used sparingly to highlight NFT-specific content. Success green appears on confirmations and positive deltas (Increase events, balance growth).
Typography
Bluescan uses the system UI font stack for body copy and a monospace font (the system default for the user's platform) for hashes, addresses, and any value that needs character-by-character readability. We deliberately avoid loading custom web fonts so pages render fast on slow connections.
Naming & tone
- The product name is written as a single word, capital B: Bluescan. Not "BlueScan", "Blue Scan", or "BLUESCAN".
- Tagline (optional, when space permits): "MetaCoin Block Explorer".
- Voice: precise, factual, terse. Avoid hype language ("revolutionary", "world's first") in editorial contexts. Numbers and links carry the message.
Permission & legal
Press, partners, and integrators are welcome to use the Bluescan logo and name to refer to the service in factual contexts ("Powered by Bluescan", "Verified on Bluescan", screenshots in articles). For uses that imply endorsement or co-branding, please reach out to [email protected] first.
