Bluescan is operated from Seoul, South Korea. We work in KST (UTC+9). Response times improve substantially when your message lands during local business hours (09:00–18:00 KST, Mon–Fri).

Two extra lines of context dramatically improve how quickly we can help:

Service status

Bluescan runs 24/7 with continuous block ingestion. If the homepage is loading but recent blocks look stale, the indexer is probably catching up; this typically resolves within a minute. Persistent issues are announced via the official MetaCoin community channels.
